We want you to get full satisfaction from using your analyser. For this reason we have taken steps to ensure the analyser functions correctly when you receive it and we offer an extensive after sales support service to help you resolve any problem you may encounter.
1. BEFORE SENDING YOUR PRODUCT
We install and operate your analyser in our computers to check it functions correctly. This involves installing the software, the cables and the analyser. We inspect key functions and only when it passes our tests 100% it is sent to you.
2. WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ANALYSER
Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have a question or a problem. We prefer you to contact us by email or fax but you can telephone us if it is urgent. We communicate only in English.

3. TRAINING BY TELEPHONE
Although the analyser is easy to install and use and there is a user manual supplied, if you wish you can contact us to arrange training of use by telephone. If you give us your landline telephone number we will contact you. You have available 3 hours FREE training time.
