Conditions of Sale
  1. DELIVERY TIME
You will be advised when you place your order. Normally, it can take between 10 - 15 days depending on destination. If the product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we can make an unconditional reservation and once in stock we will advise you.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS
2.1 You can pay by credit card in Euros, Sterling or US Dolars through a
secure site operated by PAYPAL. We do not see your details and when payment is made, we are advised by PAYPAL. Payment is easy. We send
you a request for payment via PAYPAL by email and all you have to do is to fill it in and return it to PAYPAL.
2.2 Bank transfer in advance. We accept only Euros. All bank costs must be
covered by the purchaser.

  1. DELIVERY METHOD
When you place your order, you will be given delivery options and costs
according to the destination.
3.1 If the product is going to a European Country, sales tax will be charged.
However, if it is a non European Country, tax will be excluded.

  1. WARRANTY
All our products carry a 2 year warranty with the exception of software,
electrodes and cables. We shall repair or replace any product which
has a factory fault. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

  1. AFTER SALES SERVICE
You are welcome to contact us by telephone, fax or email. We will be happy
to help you resolve any problem you may have.

  1. RETURNS
If you receive a product and decide you don´t want it, you have 7 days from
date received, to return it to us. The product must be unused and in saleable
condition. If the seal on software has been broken, we regret you cannot return the product unless it is faulty and it will be replaced. Before returning any product, please contact us. You must cover the cost of returning it. We strongly advise you to return it by registered post or by courier.

  1. PRICE AND INVOICE
As our products are mainly for professionals, our prices shown do not include
sales tax nor shipment cost. When you ask for a price quote or place an order
we will confirm the price with sales tax and shipment cost included. Invoices
are in Euros.
