1. DELIVERY TIME
After receiving your order, the processing time is about 2 - 3 working days. We shall advise you of shipment date, expected delivery time and tracking information by email. At the time of arrival please check carefully state of the box. If the packaging material is damaged, you must note it on the driver´s delivery note and inform us immediately. Please also check the contents of your order and inform us within 24 hours by email if anything is missing or damaged.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 PAYPAL. You can pay by all major credit cards via the PAYPAL, you don´t need to be subscribed to PAYPAL. We send you a purchase form by email which can be completed un the PAYPAL security zone. We do not see your credit card details.
2.2 Bank transfer. We can supply our details by email.
3. SHIPMENT
3.1 Spain (peninsula) - 24 hour service by ChronoExpres.
3.2 Balearics - Spanish Post Office delivery "Paquete Azul".
3.3 Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra - please check.
3.4 Other countries - please check.
4. GUARANTEE
All our electronic products must pass 100% performance tests before they leave our office so that they will be working correctly when they reach our customers. In addition, we offer a 2 year guarantee from invoice date which covers manufacturing defects. Computers and printers are covered by the manufacturer´s guarantee and you must contact them directly.
5. AFTER SALES SERVICE

6. RETURNS
You have a 7 day period in which to return the product unused and in a saleable condition. It must include all original packaging. You must first contact us by email or telephone to acquire a return code. We cannot receive returned items without prior agreement. SanoCare Human Systems SL will reimburse your total cost less the outward shipment cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipment costs. If the software seal is broken, we regret it cannot be returned.
7. PRICES AND INVOICE
Sales tax and shipping costs are not included in the prices. (In some products the shipping is included, please check.) The invoice is sent together with your order. Please remember to give us your complete address and tax details at the time of making the order. For buyers in EU countries, sales tax will be charged according to Spanish Law. If you are a professional or company, by supplying us your tax details which are registered in the EU system, it may be possible to adjust your invoice to exclude tax. Please check. For buyers outside of EU countries, sales tax will not be charged.

9. DATA PROTECTION
